Delivery Policies

Monday and Sunday delivery is not available.

Saturday delivery is available in most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.

Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital.

Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO's.

Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are available for 2-day delivery for an extra charge of $12.99. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.

There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.

Standard, Next Day and Saturday delivery are not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed
